SYNOPSIS

Elena wakes up in a psychiatric hospital room with no memory of anything. She's told she has amnesia and paranoid schizophrenia.

However, nothing is what it seems, and Elena will have to find a way to escape while fighting to maintain her sanity and not confuse hallucinations with reality.
